Halloween

In the run upto Halloween we shall be making decorations, spooky treats and a number of other things to 'spookify' our playroom. I invite parents to send their children with a costume on the 31st as we will be having a mini party and enjoying the things we have made.
Bonfire Night

Just after Bonfire Night we shall be discussing what the children have done and what they did for it. This is with a view to painting, making craft fireworks and edible bonfires.
I kindly request that parents do not send any fireworks or sparklers to my home as I shall not be setting these off, either with or without mindees present.
However, if you are able to get a photo of your child/children enjoying the festivities, please feel free to share these with me for our 'Monthly Board'.
Christmas
Nov - Dec 2014
We shall be starting our preparations for Christmas from approximately the 2nd week of November as our decorations will be put up from around the last week of November.
We shall be making a number of decorations to decorate not only our tree but also the playroom. If you would like your child to make decorations for home please let me know.
