Types of Care
As a parent I understand it can be a daunting task finding the right care for you and so I offer a number of different types of care...
Full days
My standard full days are from 8am until 6pm and are available Monday to Friday.
During a standard day I provide breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch and a pre-tea snack.
I can offer evening meals at an additional cost.
Typically a standard day would consist of attending one of our local playgroups (enabling your child to interact with others), we would have one or more pre-planned activities within my home (such as arts and crafts, baking and puzzles) and the opportunity for free play (allowing your child the choice to express their own interests, likes and dislikes).
I amend each day to aaccomodate the needs of all the children in my care, such as working around nap times where required.
School Sessions
I provide a number of sessions around school times, these are as follows:
Before School - from 7.30am until 9am - includes breakfast for children arriving before 8am
After School - from 3pm until 6pm - includes a pre-tea snack
Morning Only - from 8am until 1pm - includes breakfast, mid morning snack and lunch
Afternoon Only - from 1pm until 6pm - includes lunch if required and a pre-tea snack
Wrap Around Care - from 8am until 6pm - Includes breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch and pre-tea snack based around nursery/pre-school times (wrap around care is for those who would require full days should nursery/preschool be closed). Also includes drop off and pick up at nursery/pre-school.
Saturdays and Public Holidays
I am available to provide care on Saturdays from 9am until 4pm.
Saturdays are charged by the hour to the next full hour and are not guaranteed until full payment is received in advance.
On Saturdays I provide lunch and a mid afternoon snack should you require it.
I do not offer evening meals on a Saturday
I am available to work all public holidays except for Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Public holidays are charged at 150% of the usual daily fee.
Public holidays are from 8am until 6pm.
I can offer evening meals at an additional cost.
On public holidays I offer breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch and a pre-tea snack.
Year Round / Term Time
I do offer the option of year round or term time only care.
I can provide term time only care with two options:
- Option one: does require a 50% retainer fee during school holidays. Children whom have a space reserved with a retainer would be able to use the space should you require it and you would simply pay a top-up fee to the standard rate for the care required. This option ensures your childs place for the next term.
- Option two: does not require a retainer. Children who do not have a retainer paid through holiday periods can access care on a first come, first served basis for school holiday care. This option does not guarantee your childs space for the following term.
School Holidays
School holiday provision is offered on a first come, first served basis.
School holidays are charged at usual daily rates.
Occasionally specific dates in school holidays may incur an additional cost, this is in the instance that I have planned an outing for the children and parents would be given plenty of notice as to whether they would wish their child to participate
